How ordering a booking system works
Booking comes together with the new site: site plus booking costs €1,190 + VAT, and €19/month + VAT covers the whole running side. The system is built by us and maintained by us. Small changes we make for you inside the monthly fee. If your current site works fine and you would like just the booking system, we set up a booking page on your own subdomain: 190 € + VAT once and then 19 € + VAT per month.

Does the booking live on my website or at a separate address?
On your own website, under your own domain, yourcompany.ee/booking for example. The customer never leaves your site and never lands on another company’s address.

Free systems usually take a share of every booking or of the customer’s first payment. We take €19/month + VAT and 0% of turnover. If you have a hundred bookings a month, the difference runs into hundreds of euros, in your favour.
Does my customer have to create an account?
No. No passwords, no registration. The customer gets a link and is in, rather like Smart-ID, only simpler. Every extra step can make a customer abandon the booking.
What happens to my bookings and customers if I stop?
You take all your customers and bookings with you as a file. The software stays with us, the data is yours.

Yes, for the running side. Building the system happens together with the new site and costs €1,190 + VAT once. Small changes, a new service or a price change for example, we make inside the monthly fee.
