Data controller

What data we collect

We only collect the details you send us yourself through a form.

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the address of your current website (if you added it), and your message.
• Speed test report request: your email address and the address of the page tested.
• Campaign window: your email address and the address of the page.

Why we use the data

We use the details to answer your enquiry and to prepare your free audit and quote. We do not use them for anything else.

Who sees the data

Messages sent from the forms arrive in the DigiOP mailbox. We use the Resend service to deliver them. The site is hosted on Vercel, the database is on Neon in an EU region, and the domain and email service come from Zone Media.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and visitor statistics

Our visitor statistics are cookie free and store no personal data: we record no IP addresses and no identifiers. That is why this site has no cookie banner.

Your rights

If you want your data deleted, write to tugi@digiop.ee and we will delete it within the required time.

If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
